It’s easy to get used to these bodies we’ve built and forget how inspirational we are…but don’t forget to be your own inspiration and motivation!

Throwback to shooting with a teen Wonderwoman! 💪

Connie became the youngest professional in the UK and went on to be the UKBFF’s first international competitor in junior body fitness at the Arnold Classic Europe back in 2015. 

People tend to forget that fitness professionals are often so much more than “just” muscle. They forget it takes years of hard work and effort, whilst juggling normal life too - well Connie is a bad ass viola player so that’s definitely more knock-out than some! 

So what’s she up to now? 

Well now at age 24, Connie is an absolute global inspiration and has stacked on a huge amount of hypertrophy since this shoot back in 2015. You definitely won’t regret checking out her profile.

Hope we can shoot together again soon Connie! 🙏

Water Loading 💧 Now we’ve got a date for gym Water Loading 💧

Now we’ve got a date for gyms reopening, it’s time to start learning how to maximise your training efforts to make sure you look the best you can do when we’re on a shoot together.

IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Anth Bailes has got some tips to help introduce you to water loading and depletion to ensure your vascularity and muscularity are on point.

“Muscles are around 70% water, so not taking in enough water will make you appear flat.”

“A meal high in sodium will increase vascularity.”

“Ensure your body fat is very low when manipulating water and salt.”

“Too much sodium increases the chance of holding water between the muscles and the skin.”
