Fitness Photoshoot for Women
Private studio, fully directed sessions, and 18 years of experience. Your shoot, your terms. No minimum fitness level, no pressure.
This Is for You If...
You've put in the work. Early mornings, meal prep, training through the days you didn't feel like it. At some point, it stops being about just getting in shape and becomes something bigger. Something worth capturing.
If any of this sounds like you, you're in the right place:
- You've been training hard and you want images that reflect what you've built. Not just a gym selfie. Professional images that show your strength, your shape, and the discipline behind it.
- You want professional content for your coaching brand or fitness business. Headshots, action shots, branding images that position you as the professional you are.
- You've hit a transformation milestone and want to capture it before it passes. Bodies change. This moment won't last forever. A professional shoot preserves it at its peak.
- You've been thinking about a photoshoot but aren't sure if it's "for you." It is. This isn't only for competitors or fitness models. Women at every stage of their fitness journey book sessions here.
- You want images that show your strength, not just your appearance. There's a difference between being photographed and being understood. Christopher photographs what you've done, not just how you look.
- You're a PT, coach, or athlete who needs content that works as hard as you do. Content for your website, social media, competition portfolio, or personal archive.
This studio sees women across the full spectrum of fitness. Bodybuilders in prep, personal trainers building their brands, everyday women who've hit a milestone they never thought they'd reach, and women who simply want to feel powerful in front of a camera. There's no minimum fitness level and no "right" body type. If you've been working for it, it belongs in a professional image.

What the Session Looks Like
Walking into a photoshoot for the first time can feel like a big step. Here's exactly what happens so there are no surprises.
The studio is private. It's just you and Christopher. There's no audience, no other clients, no gym members walking through. The door closes, and the space is yours for the full duration of your booking. If you'd prefer not to be alone, you're welcome to bring a friend, partner, or coach with you. Many women do, especially for their first session.
Christopher directs every shot. You don't need modelling experience. You don't need to know your angles or how to pose. Christopher has spent 18 years directing fitness shoots, and he'll tell you exactly where to stand, how to position your body, where to look, and what to do with your hands. Most women say they felt at ease within the first few minutes. By the halfway point, you'll forget the camera is there.
The studio is a proper gym. This isn't a white-walled photography studio or a living room with a backdrop. It's a purpose-built gym with a full equipment floor, free weights, machines, cable stations, wall-to-wall mirrors, and professional lighting permanently installed overhead. When you see the images, they look like you belong in a fitness magazine - because you're in a real training environment.
Unlimited outfit changes. The studio has private changing rooms with shower facilities. Bring as many outfits as you like - gym wear, sports bra and shorts, lifestyle clothing, something bold you've been saving for the right moment. Christopher will advise on the day about what works best on camera.
The atmosphere is professional, relaxed, and supportive. This isn't an intense experience. There's music playing, there's conversation, and the pace is set by you. Christopher's approach is straightforward and respectful. He's photographed hundreds of women for 18 years, from IFBB Pros to first-timers, and the consistent feedback is the same: it felt easier than expected.
This is about your vision. Whether you want athletic gym-floor shots, clean lifestyle images, editorial portraits, branding content for your coaching business, or all of the above, the session is built around what you want. Before the shoot, Christopher sends a free Photoshoot Prep Guide that covers everything from nutrition timing to outfit planning, so you arrive feeling prepared and confident.

On Your Terms
Your shoot, your rules. That's not a slogan. It's how this works in practice.
You choose the style. Athletic, lifestyle, editorial, physique, branding, or a combination. Christopher will make suggestions based on experience, but the final call is always yours. Some women want hard-lit, dramatic muscle shots. Others want clean, bright lifestyle images for their brand. Both are equally welcome here.
You set the boundaries. Christopher works to your comfort level. If there's something you don't want to shoot, you don't shoot it. If you want to try something and change your mind halfway through, that's fine. There's no pressure and no assumptions.
Nothing is published without your explicit permission. Your images belong to you. Christopher will never post, share, or use any of your photos without asking first and getting your clear consent. Your privacy is non-negotiable.
You can bring someone with you. A friend, partner, coach, training buddy. Whoever makes you feel comfortable. They can sit in the studio, give you encouragement, or just be there. No questions asked.
18 years of professionalism. Christopher has been shooting fitness clients since 2008. His work has appeared in Muscle and Fitness, FLEX, Men's Health, and Men's Fitness. He's shot at 7 Mr Olympias and 7 Arnold Classics. That level of experience means one thing for you: a completely professional environment where the focus is on producing the best possible images. The studio is a gym. The session is directed. The work is published in international magazines. This is professional fitness photography, and it's treated as such.
The Prep Guide covers everything. Sent the moment you book, the free Photoshoot Prep Guide walks you through nutrition, hydration, tanning, outfit selection, and what to expect on the day. You'll arrive knowing exactly what's happening and feeling ready for it.

Questions Women Ask
Can I bring a friend or partner with me?
Absolutely. Many women bring a friend, partner, or coach for support, especially for their first session. They're welcome to sit in the studio, chat with you between setups, and be there throughout. There's no extra charge, and it doesn't affect the session in any way.
What should I wear?
Bring 3-5 outfits depending on your package. Gym wear, sports bra and shorts, leggings and crop top, lifestyle clothing, or something with a bit more edge. Christopher will advise on the day about what works best on camera. The free Photoshoot Prep Guide (sent when you book) has a full section on outfit planning with specific suggestions.
I'm not a fitness model. Is this for me?
Yes. Most women who book a session here aren't fitness models or competitors. They're personal trainers, coaches, women who've hit a transformation milestone, or women who've simply decided it's time to invest in professional images of themselves. There's no minimum fitness level and no "right" look. If you've been putting in the work, that's enough.
Is the studio private?
Completely. The studio is booked exclusively for you during your session. No other clients, no gym members, no audience. It's just you and Christopher (and whoever you choose to bring with you). The studio has private changing rooms with shower facilities.
What kind of shoots do you do with women?
Everything. Athletic gym-floor work, lifestyle and branding images, physique and competition prep documentation, editorial portraits, transformation milestone shoots, and content creation sessions for coaches and PTs. The session is built around your goals, not a fixed template. Christopher will tailor the shoot to what you actually need.
How do I prepare for the shoot?
When you book, Christopher sends a free Photoshoot Prep Guide that covers everything: nutrition and hydration timing, tanning, outfit selection, what to expect on the day, and how to show up feeling your best. It takes the guesswork out of preparation completely.
